A sterling silver hinged bangle bracelet with a mussel shell centerpiece.  The original shell, found on one of the beaches on Cape Cod, was molded & cast in sterling silver to create this bracelet.  The shell is approximately 3/4 inches (1.9 cm) wide at its widest point.
