A clam shell found on Cape Cod was molded and cast in sterling silver to create these dangle earrings.  These particular clams are called Littleneck Quahog Clam shells. Features a set of leverback euro earring hooks.  The shells are approximately 1/2 inch (1.4 cm) in diameter. Also available as a charm.
