A handforged conch shell was molded and cast in sterling silver.  Available in medium or large size.  It features a large bail that will allow it to hang gracefully from most necklaces including omega chains for the large size.  The chains in the photos are sold separately.  The pendant measurements are approximately as follows:

Medium:  3/4 inches (2 cm) wide by 1 1/4 inches (3.3 cm) tall

Large:  1 1/8 inches (2.9 cm) wide by 1 7/8 inches (4.8 cm) tall
